HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse our collection, choose your preferred model and select the size. Add it to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete the purchase. Once completed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
We recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page before completing your order.
DO YOU HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE?
Garcia Slippers works mainly on a made-to-order basis. Each pair of slippers is produced after the order has been confirmed.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your slippers are shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours after purchase, provided production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, please email garciaslippers@gmail.com and include your order number.

We ship worldwide.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Slippers are shipped within a maximum of 5 business days after order confirmation.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow the delivery.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE?
Garcia Slippers maintains close communication with its customers. In case of delay or delivery issues, we will contact you and follow up with the carrier until the matter is resolved.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Returned slippers must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes. You may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected and will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
WHERE DO I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?
The invoice is automatically sent to the email address used when placing the order.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SLIPPERS MADE OF?
Our slippers are made of leather, sourced from suppliers that comply with the standards and certifications required by the European Union for the treatment and safety of leather.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SLIPPERS?
Do not machine wash. Clean only with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally. Avoid prolonged contact with water.
ARE THE SLIPPERS FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE?
Garcia Slippers are intended exclusively for indoor use.

ARE THE SLIPPERS HANDMADE?
Yes. Each pair is handcrafted with attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
WHERE DO THE LEATHERS COME FROM?
We work with leather suppliers that follow European Union regulations regarding the responsible treatment of leather.
